Rhythm Circles Immersive Training
The Rhythm Circles Facilitation Training is designed to prepare practitioners to lead Rhythm Circles, a signature 60-minute therapeutic rhythm class. This training integrates the principles of rhythmic entrainment, neuroscience, and community-building to harmonize the heart, brain, and nervous system.
Rhythm Circles are backed by research showing that drumming and rhythmic activities can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, enhance mood, improve neuroplasticity and cognitive function, strengthen immune response, and foster social bonds. This training equips facilitators with the knowledge and tools to create impactful and inclusive experiences that promote personal and group transformation.

Course Content Overview:
- Introduction and Intentions: Facilitate group introductions and intention-setting to foster a supportive atmosphere.
- Warm-Up Exercises: Use clapping, stomping, and initial drumming exercises to release tension and build confidence.
- Rhythm Fundamentals: Teach the breakdown of rhythms using tonal variations (bass, medium, and high tones) to explore musical dynamics.
- Call and Response: Engage the group in interactive rhythm exercises to strengthen community bonds.
- Freestyle Drumming: Guide participants through universal drum patterns and creative exploration to foster self-expression and joy.

Prerequisites:
To enroll in this course, participants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Be a certified KIN Sound Therapy Practitioner.
- Hold another recognized sound or rhythm therapy certification, subject to passing approval.
