Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time for in house items is 1-3 business days. We ship all orders via a reliable courier service, and the delivery time will depend on your location.

Domestic Shipping: For orders within the United States, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping: For international orders, delivery time can vary between 10-20 business days depending on the destination. Please note, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

Custom Crystal Bowl Orders: For Custom Crystal Bowl orders, expect your bowls to arrive within 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase as they are custom made and imported to us. 

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
