The Lionsgate Portal, marked by the alignment of Sirius and our Sun, has been revered across cultures as a time of heightened cosmic energy. This alignment is said to activate ancestral memory and awaken the original codes woven into our DNA.

Through the language of sound, we connect to these primordial threads, carrying forward stories and wisdom encoded in the vibration of our bloodlines. Join us for Blue Lotus tea, ancestral storytelling, rhythmic breathwork, and an all-night multi-instrument sound journey. We greet the dawn with sunrise sadhana and community breakfast.

The sound bath begins at 11:00PM in 45-minute segments, with 15-minute
silent breaks until 5:00AM.

This sound bath includes:

  • PolyVagal Breathwork
  • Story Telling
  • Community Sharing
  • Overnight sound bath with Crystal bowls, Kora, Drums, Tanpura, Guzheng, Gong and Other Percussion Instruments
  • Morning Sadhana
  • Breakfast of chia pudding, granola, coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, and
    hot cacao.

    Our hope is that you walk out of here in a deeper state of relaxation
    with a connection to community.

    Prepare for the sound bath by:

    - Wearing comfortable clothes
    - Bedding that’s about the size of your yoga mat, which can include
    blankets, pillow, eye cover, ear plugs (which won't prevent you from
    receiving the benefits of the sound bath)
    - Water bottle
    - Journal (sometimes people receive downloads and like to write them down!)
    - Bring your intentions
