The Perfect 5th is the most stable, consonant interval in music — the sonic equivalent of taking a full breath. When two bowls tuned to a Perfect 5th are played together, they create a sound field the nervous system recognizes as safe, grounded, and resolved. It's the interval most commonly found in sacred music across every ancient tradition, from Gregorian chant to Vedic mantra. For sound therapy, that means clients drop into parasympathetic states faster and stay there longer.
