We suggest that your gemstone jewelry be removed prior to swimming, bathing, or sleeping. Many gemstones/crystals are sensitive to water, particularly the chemicals in most water. The metal used in our jewelry are silver-plate, gold-plate, and sterling silver. If they need cleaning, wipe clean with a cloth to bring back the shine in your jewelry. Charge and clear your gems in a selenite plate!
