The Law of Rhythm is an immutable universal law. Everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. Each cycle reflects the regularity of God's Universe. Everything goes through cycles, yet everything has a rhythm or a pattern. The law of rhythm also governs our economy, health, relationships, and spirituality.
Timing is the use of your intuitive feeling to see how your movement, energy, and expression fit within the rhythmic cycles being presented. This is the key to beautiful music but these lessons can also be used in daily practice and perceptions to create a harmonic life.
Through the powerful voice of percussion we are able to influence the limbic system of the brain, affecting our emotions, feelings, sensations and states of consciousness.
Drumming has been proven to lower inflammation, increase t cell count and suppress normal brain activity in order for the consciousness to explore other forms of perception.

Jeff is an instrumentalist and teacher of sound and percussion. His ancestral lineages are Ibaloi and Kankana-ey from Tuba and Bokod in Benguet, and Pangasinense from Pozorrubio, Pangasinan. As a lifelong musician, he considers himself an ongoing student in sound and its mysticism.
With practices in Capoeira and Silat, Jeff brings a unique and internal perspective in the combination of sound and movement. He believes that music brings forth our abilities to align movements rhythmically and to help the mind engage and focus. His teaching style is unorthodox and is based in the intelligence of the heart.
Janelle Corpuz Hethcoat is a Master Akashic Sound and Energy healer, certified Breathwork Facilitator and the creator/author of Akashic Sound and Multidimensional Healing. Her ancestral lineage is Iluko, from Sinait Ilocos Sur. She stepped into professional healing and teaching work in 2017 after overcoming an arduous battle with infertility which resulted in the miraculous conception and birth of her daughter Willow. She attributes her own self healing to the use of Sound and Ancestral medicine. She is the founder/owner of KIN Unified Healing and founder/co-owner of Kailukuan School of Indigenous Science.
